Long Island City has transformed from a major industrial hub to an influential cultural center. Today, it is a dynamic location to live and play offering New Yorkers grand views, waterfront parks and a tranquil, comfortable neighborhood that is just minutes from Manhattan. This evolution continues along the waterfront with four additional development sites on the Northern end bordered by Anable Basin. Three of the four buildings will sit directly on the waterfront. These buildings will match those existing on site in both in size and architecture. They will feature retail on the first floor, a mix of residential on upper floors and parking. We also plan to put a school in one of the buildings. As Long Island City matures into a prime residential enclave, we are proud to continue our commitment to the community.
