The name TFCornerstone is new, the company is not. In 1974, Tom Elghanayan and Fred Elghanayan began their real estate careers with a Brooklyn brownstone renovation. Over the past 3 decades, they expanded well beyond that initial project steadily building a solid reputation for quality commercial and residential real estate developments. Today, the two brothers continue the Elghanayan family tradition for building superior and distinctive properties.
