Frederick Elghanayan is the President and co-founder of TF Cornerstone, responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of the more than over 8 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential properties in the companys portfolio. He is actively involved in the acquisition and development of future project.

Frederick, a 30-year industry veteran, dedicates himself to ensuring that every TF Cornerstone project exceeds the industry standard for design, construction, quality and innovation.

Prior to TF Cornerstone, Tom and Fred founded Rockrose Development Corporation in 1974 with their older brother Henry, contributing to the company's growth as one of the most respected commercial and residential development firms in New York City. During his time as a principal partner of Rockrose Development Corporation, Fred's work was recognized for excellence by the American Institute of Architects and the Municipal Arts Society of NY, among others. Additionally, in 1997 Frederick was awarded the "Silver Shovel" by the Subcontractors Trade Association.

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cornell University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a board member of REBNYs Owners and Builders Division. In addition to dedicating his time to the real estate industry, Fred is also the founder of Artsgenesis, a non-profit arts-in-education organization, and is a member of Central Synagogue.
